We hope that you love all your purchases from Rustik Rose. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase, due to sizing, etc. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the purchase. After 14 days, your item is not eligible for return.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE. Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, jewelry and face masks. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper or tissue paper to protect the item.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return process started. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
If you return a final sale item or return ineligible item, you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
Due to variations in photography and computer monitor resolutions, exact color may vary. These instances do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping.
